I came to the arena last year to learn jujitsu and Muay Thai. My first experience since day one was amazing. The people, instructors, and staff were fantastic. I Unfortunately had to leave for personal reasons but I plan to return July if possible. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking to get into MMA, boxing, or just get fit.

I am very happy that I joined The Arena last September (2018). Sure, it doesn't smell so pretty ...there is grunting, groaning, sweat on the ground (ugh). But there is true instruction, learning and growing on every level that is happening everyday. What they invest in is the coaches, students, fighters and the staff. Not the fluff. The gym is wonderfully diverse with many different cultures and backgrounds. You will immediately see that when you walk in. So you will never feel like you are \different\ or that others will not accept you. You will also need to make the effort to join in. No hand holding here. Of course, The Arena is not for everyone. So I suggest that you set up an appointment for a tour and maybe take a class. Have your list of questions and concerns. They will honestly answer those questions/concerns and will not force or guilt you to join like other places do. It is your choice.
